Status line shows 'Claude Pro' instead of 'Claude Max' for Max plan subscribers

Bug Description

The Claude Code status line displays "Claude Pro" instead of "Claude Max" for users on the Max plan.

Environment

• Claude Code: v2.1.91
• Model: Opus 4.6 (1M context)
• OS: macOS (Darwin 25.4.0)
• Plan: Claude Max (confirmed via claude.ai/settings/billing)

Screenshot

The status line shows:

Claude Pro          <-- should be "Claude Max"

Expected Behavior

Status line should display "Claude Max" for Max plan subscribers.

Actual Behavior

Status line displays "Claude Pro" regardless of being on the Max plan.
