[Bug] Excessive token consumption rate on standard Claude models

Bug Description
been using haiku and sonnet (not 1m context) for 40 minutes, barely done anything apart from some notion mcp shit, 10% of 5 hour limit used, and 2% of weekly limit used, on the max plan?!?!?! This is off-peak useage too.
