What's Wrong?

Device: Microsoft Surface Pro 12 inch (Snapdragon ARM64)
Claude version: 1.2.234.0 arm64
Issue: Cowork VM boots via HCS successfully but Linux kernel produces zero console output — daemon log is empty, guest connection times out after 60 seconds
What you've tried: SYSTEM ACL fix, winnat, flag file deletion, manual service start
Key log: C:\ProgramData\Claude\Logs\cowork-service.log shows VM started successfully but coworkd\user-*.log is 0 bytes

What Should Happen?

Should launch co work but it doesn't
