[Feature Request] Improve session persistence and solution recovery after interruption

Bug Description
We had a solution and then I walked away and when I came back my computer had shut off. Trying to get back to the same solution and Claude just doesn't get it for some reason. I have this problem all of the time where sometimes the AI is very intuitive and then other times it just goes off the rails and I just can't get back to the same solution. It's very annoying. Most of the time Claude is very helpful. But then there is that 10% of the time where I just want to shoot myself in the head.
