[Feature Request] Improve conversation context persistence to reduce repeated work

Bug Description
I cannot complete my full description due to apparent limitations. I want a refund for $300 based on the amount of time Claude has wasted and required me to constantly re-up and repeat what we have been working. on. please see logs over last month. These failures to recall have resulted in errors in scope, duplication, patching and constant vigilance on my part, which should be unnecessary. I had to figure out that I had to restart Claude or my usage, due to context window, would go sky high resulting in charges every 15 minutes. Overall Claude has excellent abilities but the relation to the user, notifications and ability to stay on task are still not working very well. my email is hamw@comcast.net
