[Feature Request] Add progress persistence and recovery for interrupted API sessions

Bug Description
I was using an ultracode workflow and then the API went down. I was 80% or 90% done and having spent 60%+ of my 5 hour session usage and when the API failed there was no fallback or method of writing down what the Agents accomplished even though they were marked as done. Ultra code threw there responses away. It should write down the results once completed and record its progress. This is a costly error.
