Drag-and-drop folder stopped working in VS Code terminal on Linux (v2.1.89)

What's Wrong?

After updating to 2.1.89, dragging a folder from the VS Code file explorer into the Claude Code prompt no longer works — nothing happens. Dragging a file still works fine.
