Drag-and-drop of screenshots/files into chat panel stopped working after update

**Description**

Drag-and-drop of image files (e.g., screenshots) into the Claude Code chat panel in VSCode used to work, but stopped working after a recent extension update.

**Workaround**

Paste (Cmd+V) of clipboard images still works fine.

**Environment**

- OS: macOS (Tahoe 26.5.2), Apple Silicon
- Extension: Claude Code native VSCode extension
