[BUG] Dispatch shows "read", background tasks complete, but no response appears in Dispatch view

What's Wrong?

Messages sent via Dispatch are marked as "read"
Tasks appear and complete in background tasks (Cowork sidebar)
No response is shown in the Dispatch conversation thread — on Mac or mobile
Restarting both Mac app and iPhone does not help
Setup: latest Claude Desktop (Mac, Apple Silicon), latest Claude iOS app, Max plan, paired via QR code

What Should Happen?

Output should appear in Dispatch on mobile and Mac

Paired with iOS Claude app
Approved all system access for Mac
Tried to send requests to dispatch, no output just "read".
