[BUG] Dispatch doesn't know when tasks complete

  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

When I ask Dispatch to do something that will take a while, it correctly spins up a task/agent to do the work, but it never seems to know when it finishes. It always says something like "I'll let you know when it's done" but then I can wait an indefinite time period and it won't let me know. Then I ask something like "still working?" and it apologizes saying that the task finished a few minutes ago but it failed to let me know. I tried to get it to do some

What Should Happen?

It should let me know when a task completes. I'd love to see some kind of status on tasks, but any notification is sufficient.
