when i using claude code, i have two account in the pro version, claude code tell me this API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our Usage Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup). If you are seeing this refusal repeatedly, try running /model claude-sonnet-4-20250514 to switch models.
just tonight this comming, and i really need this tool because i paid for this and in this moment i paid for two plans pro, in diferrents accounts, i have two account in pro plan but claude code tell me this, because ? i dont know and i need a answer or what is the specific policity of usage

i says this prompt for example i from chile and try explain this in english. the prompt is corrige este problema con los diseños, claude code start answer in correct way but he falls in this error also when y ask for a fix my problem he falls the chat is blank and i just can see the title of conversation but the answer and my questions or suggestion is empty y cant see nothing in the screen of the console, this apperas when i send a picture from the issue or the desing that i need fix. and when i wrtie another prompt giving just text in the place of just respond this fall to blank
