[Bug] Claude Code sends incorrect email to Apple notarization API when email not explicitly provided in context

Bug Description
Claude hallucinated email "nicholaschua@mac.com" and sent it to Apple notarization API with user's real password. Correct email was in memory file but not consulted. Session: 2026-03-26.
