No easy way to see remaining tokens per week and per 5 hour in claude code

Proposed Solution

As said - add an easy way to see remaining tokens per week and per 5 hour in claude code.

• Create a "/usage" command
• Query the usage one every minute or so and dispay results for 5 hour window and weekly tokens
