Enable a fully hands-free voice interaction mode

Problem Statement

When using the microphone feature in Claude Code for voice input, users must manually click the microphone button to start recording and then click the send button to submit the message. This requires multiple manual interactions and breaks the hands-free workflow experience.

Proposed Solution

Enable a fully hands-free voice interaction mode where:

1. User says "okay" to activate and start recording
2. 2. User speaks their message
3. 3. User says "over and out" to automatically send the message

Optional Enhancement:

• Say "no" to intelligently rewrite/re-record the last sentence if there's a speech-to-text error or user mistake

This enables true hands-free operation with optional error correction for users who want completely voice-activated interaction with Claude Code.
