Environment

OS: Windows 11 (Build 26200.8037)
GPUs: Intel Iris Xe Graphics + NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design (dual GPU laptop)
Claude Desktop Version: Latest from Microsoft Store

Bug Description
When launching Claude Desktop, the entire monitor goes black with white lines appearing on screen - a full display driver crash, not just a blank window. This happens every time Claude is launched, especially with Cowork.
What Actually Happens

Click to launch Claude Desktop
Entire screen goes black and shaking
White lines appear across the display
Display driver crashes completely
Must close Claude

Troubleshooting Attempted

Disabled NVIDIA GPU in Device Manager (Intel only) - still crashes
Deleted %appdata%\Claude folder - no effect
Reinstalled Claude Desktop - no effect

What Should Happen?

Claude Desktop should launch normally and display its UI.
