Voice mode: spacebar hold doesn't trigger voice on new session start

Bug

After starting a new Claude Code session, holding spacebar to trigger voice mode sometimes doesn't work. The voice listener appears to not fully initialize on session start.

Repro steps

1. Start a new Claude Code session with voice mode enabled
2. Hold spacebar to trigger voice input
3. Nothing happens — voice doesn't activate

Workaround

Disable voice mode, then re-enable it with /voice. After toggling, spacebar hold works correctly.

Expected behavior

Spacebar hold should trigger voice input immediately on session start without needing to toggle voice off/on.
