[FEATURE] auto-submit on spacebar release on voice mode

Problem Statement

In /voice mode, it would be great if the recognized text could be auto-submitted by just releasing the spacebar, instead of having to press ENTER. Perhaps this behaviour could be exposed as a key binding setting.

Proposed Solution

Auto-submit recognized speech when spacear is released. Expose this as a configurable keybinding to the user.
