Voice mode: auto-submit on spacebar release (opt-in setting)

Voice mode currently requires pressing Enter after releasing spacebar to submit. An opt-in setting to auto-submit on release would make the experience much more natural — especially for users with accessibility needs where minimizing keystrokes matters. The review-before-submit behavior should remain the default.
