[BUG] Mac OS App, blank screen after giving instruction in code

What's Wrong?

When simply continuing any session I have running in Code, the screen will start thinking then suddenly go blank.

I can partially restore with CMD & R but it then happens again.

I have restarted machine. Claude is aware of the issue as it has told me so, so it not my machine.
It has just started happening today, I need it working as about to go live on an app.

any fixes?
