[FEATURE] Keep plan visible after requesting changes

Problem Statement

When I am in plan mode and claude code presents me with a plan I want to be able to see read it even if claude is processing a change request.

I usually start reading reviewing the plan and then I will find something that I do not like and I in my excitement I write to claude the change request immediately upon thinking it. At that moment claude starts processing my request and the UI hides the existing plan. I would like the plan to remain visible so I can continue reviewing the plan.
I am trying to refrain myself from doing requests before I read the entire plan but I fail most times.
Now this really slows me down as I have to wait for claude to respond to continue the work.

Proposed Solution

In plan mode leave the last displayed plan visible and scrollable while claude is processing.

Alternative Solutions

I have tried to use /plan to preview the plan as suggested but this does nothing while claude is in processing mode.
I have also tried to find any shortcuts that would display it but to no avail.
