Option to keep terminal cursor visible during interactive sessions

Description

When using Claude Code in the terminal, the cursor is hidden during the interactive session. In the regular terminal (outside Claude Code), the cursor is visible as expected.

Request

Add a configuration option to keep the terminal cursor visible while interacting with Claude Code. Some users find it disorienting to lose their cursor during sessions.

Expected Behavior

A setting (e.g., in ~/.claude/settings.json or similar) that allows users to opt in to keeping the cursor visible throughout the Claude Code session.
