Feature request: keep statusline visible during user input prompts

The statusline currently hides during certain UI interactions (permission prompts, autocomplete, help menu). It would be useful to have an option to keep it visible when Claude is waiting for user input, since that's often when context like branch name, task label, etc. is most useful to glance at.

Proposed: a configuration option (e.g. persistent: true) to prevent the statusline from hiding during input interactions.
