[Bug] Cursor not visible in /feedback text input on Windows

Description

When using /feedback, the text cursor is invisible in the input field. This makes it impossible to see the current editing position, making text editing very difficult.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run /feedback in Claude Code
2. Start typing feedback text
3. Try to move cursor with arrow keys or click to edit
4. Cursor position is not visible

Expected Behavior

The cursor should be visible in the text input area so users can see where they are editing.
