[BUG] Remote Control not available on Pro plan — requesting access

What's Wrong?

Hi Anthropic team,

I'm a Claude Pro subscriber and I'm unable to use the Remote Control feature despite the official documentation stating it supports Pro plans.

Environment:

• Claude Code version: 2.1.61
• Plan: Claude Pro
• OS: macOS (Apple Silicon, Mac Mini M4)
• Account: allenwong.cmi@gmail.com's Organization

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run claude remote-control from Terminal
2. Error returned immediately

Error message:

Error: Remote Control is not yet available on your plan.

Expected behavior:
According to the official documentation at https://code.claude.com/docs/en/remote-control, Remote Control requires a Pro or Max plan. As a Pro subscriber, I expected this feature to be available.

Use case:
I'm an iOS developer working on an App Store project. I need to monitor and control Claude Code sessions remotely from my iPhone while away from my Mac Mini. This feature would significantly improve my development workflow.

I've seen reports that some Pro users have been granted access manually after reporting. Could you please enable Remote Control for my account?

What Should Happen?

claude remote-control should start a Remote Control session and display a QR code and session URL, allowing me to connect from my iPhone via the Claude app — as documented at https://code.claude.com/docs/en/remote-control

1. Install Claude Code v2.1.61
2. Login with Claude Pro account via /login
3. Run claude remote-control in Terminal
4. Error appears immediately
