Claude setup-token is now only requesting user interface scope

What's Wrong?

Claude setup-token is now only requesting user interface scope? this is making it impossible to use it for openclaw.

We get this error:

Error: Your OAuth token is restricted to Claude Code and can't be used for external API calls.

What Should Happen?

I should be able to use the token to run my agent
