[FEATURE] - Privacy - Email Shown and Organization in Header

Problem Statement

My email should not be shown in the header and organization next to it, If I'm streaaming this is a huge privacy issue, The fact that you can't change it and other header settings, this is a very poor privacy choice.

Proposed Solution

This should have an option to change, hide, display something else entirely.
