[Feature Request] Add privacy controls to hide email and organization in CLI header

Question

**Bug Description**
My email should not be shown in the header and organization next to it, If I'm streaaming this is a huge privacy issue, The fact that you can't change it and other header settings, this is a very poor privacy choice.
