Feature request: Option to hide email/organization name in welcome screen

The welcome screen displays the user's email address (e.g., ***@gmail.com's Organization). It would be nice to have a setting to hide or mask this for privacy reasons.
For example, a configuration option in settings.json like:

"hideOrganizationEmail": true
}Use case: When screen sharing or recording demos, the email address is visible to others.
