What's Wrong?

🐛 Bug Report: Billing Error on Active Subscription

Description

I'm getting the error "Your subscription payment is past due. Please pay your
overdue invoice to restore access" — but my Billing section shows the
subscription as fully active. I have completely lost access to Claude Code
despite having a paid and active subscription.

Subscription Details

• Plan: Claude Max Plan (Claude Code)
• Purchase date: February 15, 2025
• Active until: March 15, 2025
• Payment method: Card via Link (Stripe)
• Location: Uzbekistan (UZ)
• Support Conversation ID: 215473411175837

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to claude.ai with an active Claude Max Plan subscription
2. Open Claude Code
3. Attempt to use any feature
4. See error: "Your subscription payment is past due. Please pay your overdue invoice to restore access"

What I tried

• [x] Reconnected the payment card → didn't help
• [x] Checked Billing section → shows active, no "Pay now" button visible
• [x] Contacted support → no response (Conversation ID: 215473411175837)
• [x] Looked for a resubscribe button → not available in the UI

Expected Behavior

Access to Claude Code should work normally since the subscription is shown
as active in the Billing section.

Actual Behavior

Completely blocked from using Claude Code. The error appears immediately
and there is no way to resolve it through the UI.

я покупал подписку в claude code Max Plan
покупал в 15 февраля активна до 15 марта
написал в поддержку мне никто не отвечает
Billing разделе все активно показывает
пробовал переподключить карту не помогло
нету кнопки переподписатся

вчера работало claude code и сегодня по времени около в 00:00 перестало работать и выходило ошибка связано с подпиской
