[BUG] Billing: $200 extra usage credit voided after using official refund link, $100 re-subscription payment missing

After using Anthropic's official refund link (from the April 5 email re: third-party harness changes), my already-redeemed $200 one-time extra usage credit was voided and my subsequent $100 Max 5x subscription payment is not reflected in my account.
Timeline
- Was on Max 20x ($200/month)
- ~April 7: Redeemed the one-time $200 extra usage credit offered in the April 4 email about third-party harness policy changes
- Used the refund link from the April 5 follow-up email — expecting to keep the already-redeemed credit
- Account dropped to Free. System said extra usage not available on free plans.
- Upgraded to Pro ($20/month) → $200 credit gone
- Upgraded to Max 5x ($100/month) → still no $200 credit, $100 payment not properly reflected
The Problem
- The refund email did not indicate that taking the refund would void an already-redeemed credit
- I'm now out ~$300 ($200 credit + $100 subscription) with nothing reflected in my account
- Support chat has not resolved this
Expected Behavior
- The $200 credit should persist since it was redeemed before the refund
- The $100 Max 5x payment should be reflected in my account
- At minimum, the refund flow should warn users that redeemed credits will be voided

What Should Happen?
- The $200 one-time extra usage credit should persist since it was redeemed before the refund was requested
- The $100 Max 5x subscription payment should be reflected in my account balance
- At minimum, the refund flow should warn users that already-redeemed credits will be voided upon refund

This is a claude.ai billing issue, not a Claude Code bug. Filing here because Anthropic routes billing issues from this repo (see related issues #23674, #44163). The support chat was unable to resolve this. Platform is Web (claude.ai), not the API — the form dropdown doesn't have that option.
