[BUG] Agent teams: Agent response is broken

What's Wrong?

Individual agents claim to be responding back to the team lead, but team lead isn't receiving responses. Bug didn't exist in versions prior to 2.1.71.

What Should Happen?

Team lead should receive response

2. Ask an individual agent to say something to the team lead
3. team lead should receive response
