[BUG] Team lead not getting notified when getting messages in the inbox

What's Wrong?

When I create an agent team with a lead and a few members in a new session, they work fine. However, when I resume the same session and ask to spawn the members from the same team name again without deleting the folder in /teams, the spawning works fine but whenever member tries to notify lead by sending a message, lead does not know. So the lead is just hanging, waiting for the responses from the members indefinitely. The "read" property in the team lead inbox doesn't get updated to true either, in the resumed sessions.
I'm using teammate mode tmux in iterm2.

What Should Happen?

Lead should be notified as soon as the members send messages to the lead's inbox. The "read" property in the team lead inbox should be updated to true as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new session.
2. Ask to create a team.
3. Shutdown the session.
4. Resume the session.
5. Ask to spawn the members again with the same team name without removing any folder from .claude/teams.
6. Ask lead to assign any tasks to members.
