GUI input mode in IntelliJ plugin

Problem Statement

The terminal interface is not as convenient as a proper GUI for prompting and conversation. copy-and-paste, cursor positioning, etc. would be much nicer in a GUI.

Proposed Solution

Implement prompt window, more akin to Cursor. I don't need the complete integration with accept-all, etc. that Cursor offers (though of course that would be ideal)...but I would like an actual multi-line text window to enter my prompts.
