[FEATURE] Allow copy past of attachements on claude-code plugin for IntelliJ

Problem Statement

Currently, every time that I want to attach an image to the IntelliJ plugin I need to create the screenshot wait for it to save on my descktop and later on the plugin navigate to attach an image.

Proposed Solution

Be able to drag and drop screenshot into the IntelliJ claude code plugin
