[BUG] feedback rating prompt dismisses too quickly, not enough time to read the options

What's Wrong?

When I was asked to give feedback I was able to read all the available answers and give a response but for the press 1 to tell why it disappeared before I could read it all and press 1.

What Should Happen?

Give more time before disappearing.
