Feedback toast/notification dismisses too quickly

Description

The feedback input window disappears too fast. By the time I start typing, it's gone. This makes it very difficult to actually submit feedback during a session.

Expected behavior

The feedback window should stay open long enough for the user to actually type and submit their feedback, or persist until manually dismissed.

• Linux (Pop!_OS / Ubuntu-based)
