What's Wrong or Missing?

The end-of-session (or periodic) feedback prompt asks how Claude is doing, with a small set of response options. Currently the choices don't read as a clear, ordered scale — for example "good" and "fine" don't obviously indicate which one is the higher rating, and it's easy to misread the intended ranking.

Suggested Improvement

Expand the options to a slightly larger, explicitly ordered scale with unambiguous labels — e.g. something like "Poor / Okay / Good / Great" (or a similar small set of clearly distinct, monotonically increasing labels) — so users can give a meaningful, unambiguous signal without having to guess how the current labels rank relative to each other.

Impact

Low - Minor confusion or inconvenience

Additional Context

Ambiguous rating labels likely produce noisy feedback data (users picking the "wrong" option relative to what they meant), which undermines the value of collecting the rating in the first place.
