[Bug] Performance rating prompt conflicts with numbered choice options

Bug Description
Sometimes Claude asks for how it performs (1..5). And at same time (completely unrelated) Claude shows a choice: 1 ... 2... 3.. And then I react with option 1 for the choice and then Claude takes it as performance feedback (because I overlooked that). So perhaps dont ask for performance from user (to improve Claude) when Claude is showing choices.
