[Bug] Feedback prompt with numeric options conflicts with numeric tool inputs

Bug Description
You keep asking for feedback with numbers (0, 1,2,3) and I often find myself giving you numbers likes 0, 1 or whatever that have nothing to do with feedback. 90% of the time I don't intend to give feedback, you seem to have a very uncanny knack for asking me for feedback with number inputs precisely when claude is expecting a number as a response in the next chat turn
