[Bug] Rating prompt conflicts with numbered option lists in chat

Bug Description
this was an accidental rating - BUT it was only because i was given an option list in chat at the same time as a rating - both using the Same numbers.

I was selection option 1 on my plan, so it accidently rated session a 1.
