Remote session link opens Claude settings page instead of connecting on mobile

Description

When trying to connect to a remote Claude Code session from a mobile device (Android), clicking the session link or scanning the QR code opens the Claude settings page instead of connecting to the remote session.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a Claude Code remote session on desktop
2. On mobile (Android), either:

• Click the remote session link, OR
• Scan the QR code

1. Instead of connecting to the remote session, the Claude app opens to the settings page

Expected Behavior

Clicking the link or scanning the QR code should connect to the remote Claude Code session.

Actual Behavior

The Claude app opens to the settings page with no indication of a remote session connection.

Environment

• Mobile device: Android
• Desktop OS: macOS (Darwin 24.3.0)
• Claude Code model: claude-opus-4-6
