[BUG] Remote session link opens Claude settings page instead of connecting on Android

What's Wrong?

When trying to connect to a remote Claude Code session from an Android device, clicking the remote session link or scanning the QR code opens the Claude app settings page instead of connecting to the active remote session.

What Should Happen?

Clicking the link or scanning the QR code should connect to the remote Claude Code session on the mobile device.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a Claude Code remote session on desktop (macOS)
2. On an Android phone, either:

• Tap the remote session link, OR
• Scan the QR code provided by Claude Code

1. The Claude app opens but navigates to the settings page instead of connecting to the remote session

The remote session is initiated from macOS (Darwin 24.3.0). The mobile device is Android. The issue occurs both via direct link tap and QR code scan — both land on the Claude app settings page with no remote session connection.
