[FEATURE] Option to not display window on login (Claude Desktop)

Problem Statement
Currently, when Claude Desktop is set to launch at login, the window appears simultaneously with the login process.
This requires the user to close the window immediately after startup, which is disruptive and inconvenient.
Proposed Solution
Add a setting to prevent the window from automatically displaying upon startup.
Specifically, add "Do not display window on Login" (checkbox, displayed when the app is set to launch at login, enabled by default) under Settings → General (in the Desktop app section).
When enabled, if the app is set to launch at login, the window will not be displayed upon app startup.
When disabled, the window will display upon login/startup as it currently does.
Alternative Solutions
There is also an implementation method where this setting is automatically applied when the Menu Bar Only Mode (as proposed in #16082) is active. However, the method outlined in the Proposed Solution is clearer and easier to use.
Specifically, there may be users who want the app to launch at login without entering Menu Bar Only Mode, and still prefer the window not to appear upon startup. (In other words, it would be better to have the option to display the Dock icon while not displaying the window upon startup.)
Therefore, it would be better to implement the [Proposed Solution].

Use Case Example
Current Situation:
- I turn on my computer and log in.
- I try to open a browser to start working.
- The Claude Desktop window appears.
- I close the window because it's distracting.
- There was a slight delay and extra effort before I could start working.
After Implementation (after configuration):
- I turn on my computer and log in.
- I open a browser to start working.
- Only the windows I actually need at that moment (the browser) are displayed on the screen, allowing me to start working in a clean, uncluttered state.
- Since the app itself is already running in the background, it can launch quickly, and keyboard shortcuts will work.
Additional Context
As a Japanese student, I have used a translation service for the majority of this problem report.
There may be some unnatural-sounding text.
Sorry.
