Remote Control failed - Pro plan user on Windows

What's Wrong?

Running /remote-control or claude remote-control fails with "Remote Control failed" error. QR code never appears.

What Should Happen?

Remote Control session should start and display a QR code and session URL to connect from mobile device

Error Messages/Logs

"Remote Control failed" error. QR code never appears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Claude Code session
2. Run /remote-control or /rc
3. Error appears immediately, no QR code generated
