[BUG] Compact failed even having 26% context.

• Terminal: Claude code IDEA plugin 1.0.9-beta built-in terminal

Bug Description

Compact failed even having 26% context.

Steps to Reproduce

1. ask it to do thing
2. Claude code said:  Context low · Run /compact to compact & continue
3. /compact
4. Claude code said: Error: Error during compaction: Error: Conversation too long. Press esc to go up a few messages and try again.

Expected Behavior

Do it right

Actual Behavior

Compact failed even having 26% context.
