[BUG] Validation failed on login + Cowork and Code tabs missing — Windows 11 Pro, Claude Desktop

What's Wrong?

After logging in, a "validation failed" popup briefly appears and then disappears. The Cowork and Code tabs are missing from the desktop app — only Chat is visible. Billing is current on a Pro plan.

What Should Happen?

Cowork and Code tabs should be visible in the top navigation

Steps to Reproduce

Open Claude Desktop → Log out → Log back in → Observe "validation failed" popup → Note that Cowork and Code tabs are absent
