same on WSL2 windows 11. Earlier today worked without any issues.

Same, Windows 11 running Code in Powershell.

Want to bet the outage is related to their disabling Clawed, and they accidentally blocked Code for the rest of us?

Issue resolved spontaneously for me.

Came back after 5.5 hours and Claude Code required a login, indicated a failure, then worked.

Facing the same issue. It required a log in, i logged in and then it errored out.

I run into this on two machines and it went away after updating from 2.1.91 to 2.1.92!

I had the same issue on Linux servers yesterday.

The issue is that the default model is set to Opus 4.6 (1M) - that has an open bug with oauth - ironically because Anthropic recommends setting it as default. Change your model and it should work for you until they fix the bug. It took me about 45 minutes of using Claude to figure out what was going on! Not a fix if you need Opus though. Good luck!

it dose not work even if you set the model to sonnet the login still don't work nor in terminal nor in application desktop
