[BUG] [CRITICAL] [BILLING] Paid Pro accounts hit rate limits while FREE accounts complete same task successfully

What's Wrong?

Description:
Paid Pro Claude Code accounts cannot complete tasks that FREE
via Antigravity accounts can do easily. This is a serious fairness and
billing issue.

My Setup:

• 3 PAID Pro accounts (total $60/month)
• Claude Code Desktop on macOS
• Task: Create narrative documentation from 6 R code files

What Happened:

• Claude Code: ALL 3 Pro accounts hit rate limit before completing
• Task NEVER finishes
• Error: "You've hit your limit · resets xxxam/pm"

Comparison:

• Claude via Antigravity (FREE account, Opus 4.6): Same task completes

PERFECTLY in ONE prompt

• No rate limits
• Task successful

This is Unacceptable Because:

1. PAID users get WORSE experience than FREE users
2. Basic tasks cannot be completed
3. Users are paying for a broken product
4. Rate limits on Claude Code are unfairly strict

Financial Impact:

• Paying $60/month for 3 Pro accounts
• Cannot complete basic tasks
• Forced to use free version instead via Antigravity

Environment:

• Claude Code Desktop: latest
• OS: macOS
• Accounts: 3 Pro accounts

Request:

1. Fix the unfair rate limiting
2. Refund for failed usage
3. Explanation of why this happens

What Should Happen?

Expected:

• Paid accounts should have HIGHER limits than free
• OR same limits at minimum
• Tasks that work on web should work on desktop

Error Messages/Logs

You're out of extra usage · resets 10am (Asia/Jakarta)
"You've hit your limit · resets xxxam/pm"

Steps to Reproduce

• Create 6 R scripts with total almost 20,000 lines of code
• Ask Claude Code to create a narrative for each step in the R scripts and save it into a text file
