[BUG] Claude Desktop 1.1.4173 fails to render window on Windows ARM64 (Snapdragon X Elite)

What's Wrong?

Claude Desktop starts (4 processes visible in Task Manager, ~80MB memory) but no window ever renders. The app was working on 24 February 2026 and stopped working on 25 February after an auto-update to version 1.1.4173.

What Should Happen?

Claude Desktop window should appear.

Error Messages/Logs

Console Errors (from launching via PowerShell)

[ERROR:net\disk_cache\cache_util_win.cc:25] Unable to move the cache: Access is denied. (0x5)
[ERROR:net\disk_cache\disk_cache.cc:236] Unable to create cache
main.log Output
App starts successfully through Chrome Extension MCP registration, growthbook feature loading, and event logging, then goes silent. No crash, no error, no window creation logged.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch Claude Desktop from shortcut or Start Menu
App appears in Task Manager with 4 processes
No window renders, no system tray icon appears
