Feature Request: Multi-language support for permission prompts

Problem Statement

Currently, the confirmation dialog (Yes/No) before tool execution is English-only.

Requested features:

1. Language setting option for confirmation prompts (Japanese, etc.)
2. Display action descriptions in the user's native language
3. Localize button text ("はい"/"いいえ" instead of "Yes"/"No")

This would improve usability and safety for non-English users by helping them understand what actions are about to be performed.
